Adélka was born 12.4.2006 again. When she expected her first litter (I1 Riky), she got in the end of gravidity diarrhoea, then she gave birth dead babies. She looked very bad, so I thought, that she would surely die. We visited together so many vets and she looked worse day by day. Our well-tested vet wasn't in her ordination in that time. But after that Adélka started to have a greater abdomen and she cried continually (I never heared some hamster to do similar sounds, which were like a whimper of dog), I tried to contact our vet on her mobile phone urgently and we had luck. She had to operate very quickly because Adélka had appendix jam-full... After the operation we of course didn't know if we won, but it was better. We waited all long weeks till it was clear that Adélka is outside of jeopardy. She was down about 2 months and her lowest weigh was only 62 g, she lost her whole tail, which withered away after prolonged diarrhoea which was guided by rapture of the whole area!!! She had a very big will to live, otherwise I can't make that she survived all. Thereby we want to thank our vet MVDr. Lubica Nečasová again, which saved Adélka's life already second (see more in the litter A1 Riky).

It is very sad to say but Adélka fell died after long fight with another malign illness. She is the great example of hamster's will to live, however she wanted to live until her last minutes of life... I have never seen so brave hamster with so great will to live.

I kept Berry for me from my second litter, because he was very cute. I wanted to keep his brother Bari too, he was very similar and it was very difficult to recognize them, but I wanted to keep their two sisters Britta and Bětuška, so I couldn't let the fourth hamster from one litter, because of number of hamsters which began to rise very dangerously!

I chose Fiki as a matter of fact by chance, because he was from the litter of the same coloured babies. I decided for one baby from 4 the same males, who I named Fiki. And my husband during taking some photos nearly tangled him into others, so I hope I chose the right one. And if not, he is the kindest Syrian I've ever had, at least meanwhile. He let me to do with him wonders. When he was at vet, my doctress shown him as an example of good hamster. He is such a slowcoach, judge yourself.
